The chairs came scratched up ans slightly defective. After a very weird AI email converaation they agreed to replace. I ordered new ones as inwas told to not wait on the return and refund process. The defective ones have been returned and recieved for 10 business days, without a word or refund yet. For a product that is marketed for high quality and a premium paid for it i would expect way better cuatomer service.

Love the chair, great construction and very comfortable. Been using it all summer at the beach and it's holding up great. Only thing holding back a 5 star review is the arm rests. The plastic seems to be getting soft from spray suntan lotion and has a constant sticky feel to it. Any way to upgrade to wood? Otherwise, a very well constructed chair.

We get this questions a lot so figured we'd add it here too - the box located under the seat is an insulated and welded cooler that will maintain ice for 8+ hours. It also has enough space for 15, 12oz cans of your favourite beverage. The cooler can also serve as utility storage as it has 2 exterior pockets that are perfect for keys, sunglasses, suncreams etc.
