UK Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from our UK warehouse. During busier times it can sometimes take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track your delivery.

For delivery to European countries outside the UK, please visit our EU website.

Channel Islands & Isle of Man Delivery

Please note we do not offer deliveries to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

 

Not quite right? No problem

You can return your product within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and unaltered. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Feel free to use any shipping service that suits you best!

Shipping from outside the EU?

You may need to include extra customs documents and cover additional charges. It’s a good idea to double-check with your preferred courier before sending your item back.

Customs Fees & Lost Parcels

Unfortunately, we can’t cover customs fees or handle parcels held by customs. If your parcel is returned or held up, we won’t be responsible for any associated fees or delays.

Similarly, we’re unable to take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, so please ensure your parcel is tracked!

We’re currently unable to process exchanges. If you’d like to switch sizes or styles, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
