Overall great chair and customer service!

Recently, PARKIT launched a new wider & deeper version of their cupholder and sent me a replacement at no cost.

Can’t wait to use this product for years to come!

UPDATE: OK so I still don't care for the chair at all. BUT, as stated earlier. Their Customer Service is EXCELLENT, so I updated the review start rating to reflect this positive experience.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this chair for a number of reasons.

1. The cup holder solution is pretty poor. it has a good premise but has the potential to get lost easy and/or smushed Which in my case it has.
2. The lack of any adjustment makes it really uncomfortable to sit in. On flat ground around a camp fire... but ESPECIALLY, if you are on even a slight hill or grade. And I am not talking about a large one, even a small slant feels really bad. You either feel like you are falling back or falling forward.
3. You'd think that #2 would be the worst thing about this chair, BUT, I also bought this thing for its ability to carry a (light) load of food and/or beverages in the cooler. The clasps that keep it closed open without warning while carrying, and the cooler zipper really stinks, it's been mis aligned more than one and doesn't seem to close right.

Side Note: one of the carrying strap clasps broke immediately (before i took it anywhere), but this was covered by their warranty and replaced immediately. So their customer service's heart is in the right place.

I still use it regularly because I paid so much money for it. It kills me when people come up to me and are like "cool chair" because it looks so nice. BUT I have to tell them about my experiences and tell them to avoid at all costs if they are looking for something comfortable and functional. I was really hoping for much more.

Awesome and comfortable chairs but on the 5th use one of the feet somehow came off (they are riveted on) and it did not tear so not sure how it just came off unless it was never properly installed. They are sending me a whole new chair and I am sending this one back.

Finally opened order and latch for locking the chair together on one of the sides is broken. Pretty disappointed for how much these chairs cost.

This is my third voyager chair. Love them so much. Perfect for everywhere I go. Camping, to the beach for surfing or just to sit and watch the waves and zen. Heck they’re so comfortable I use it in the backyard to sit and just enjoy watching the sunset and sip my coffee, listen to music instead of being in front of a tv screen. Every time I go to the beach people are always sneaking looks at this stylsh well built chair and probably wondering who makes it lol.

the absolute best beach chair, also great for picnics, camping, sidelines at youth sports events.... not too low to the ground, not nearly as heavy as the taller chairs, easy to carry with the backpack strap ... sturdy without being cumbersome... perfect!

I love it! There is no dislikes as at all.

I'll start by saying the quality of this chair is great. Way better than expected.my gripe is the size. I'm 6'4 and this chair is way to shallow for a guy my size. If I scoot forward at all I've basically scooted out of the chair. That brings me to my next point. If this chair reclined I might have a different opinion. If I had known there was another for 50 bucks that reclined I would've asked for that one. Oh well... I got a quality chair that's reasonably comfortable but just not amazing for $200.

I was hesitant to spend so much on a chair but as a parent on the sidelines of so many sports games this has been such a solid purchase. I am so much more comfortable than the cheap camping chair I had been sitting in. Thank you Park It!

I previously wrote a negative review not about the chair, but about the communication and customer service.

Let me tell you, Parkit came out in full force to show that their customer service is top notch!

I got a call from someone, followed up by an email. (this call came from their own personal number).

Then after we got my issues worked out, the founder himself sent me a text message looking for more insight on how to make things better.

As someone in customer service, You can tell, that I may have just gotten the team during a busy time, or a bad day.

I can say with a 1000% certainty that these people care, and have an AMAZING product.

We love these chairs and the company. We started with 2 of the black and white ones with added cooler/storage underneath, then the collab with Salty Crew came out and had to have those too, now we own 4 and use them all the time!

Took my Eclipse chairs to the beach and suddenly felt like royalty. Light to carry, smooth to set up, and cooler-equipped — basically the Rolls-Royce of beach chairs.

Two strangers asked about them. I’m not an influencer… but apparently, my chairs are. 👑🏖️
